We offer expert advice and free samples on most products to ensure you are satisfied with your product choice. Shipping charges may apply to free samples.
Please verify your order’s delivery address. We are not responsible for customer’s errors in the shipping address or orders requested to an undeliverable address. We must assess a $10 restocking fee and return shipping charges when refunding such orders.
Returns and Refunds
To avoid the possibility of returns, we offer expert advice on our products and free samples. Please contact us with any questions you may have before placing your order. In the event you must return your product for any reason, our customers are responsible to pay for shipping the items back to us. Items may be returned in their original, unused condition within 15 days of delivery for a full refund minus a $10.00 restocking fee per box returned. For returns please send us an e-mail to support@bestbubblemailers.com and we will send you an RMA number for you to reference on your return label. Your refund will be issued to the same method of payment used in the purchase, once we have received and verified your return.
